TROUBLESHOOT: the dehydrator will not turn on/ fan not working: unplug the dehydrator and plug it in again. ERR indicator popping up on the display: malfunctioning of the dehydrator please contact customer care. Foods are dried unevenly: cut foods in the same size so that they finish cooking at the same time. also do not overlap the food.
